Leslie McCaddon is the CME (Chief Magic Executive) of Magical Mindset Vacations because there is nothing in life she loves to do more than plan her next vacation – especially ones that begin and end with anything Disney!

She comes by her Disney obsession honestly. Her mom worked as a floating ticket seller at Disneyland® Resort until Leslie was 4 years old. Her earliest memories are of going to “The Park” with her grandparents to pick her mom up from work, but not until they had ridden a couple of rides and had some ice cream.

Sadly, Leslie’s family moved to the San Francisco area when she was nearly 5 and “The Park” became a place with slides, and swings, and nowhere near the magic she had grown up with at Disneyland.

In her early twenties, Leslie moved back to California and her first stop was to purchase a Disneyland Annual Pass. It was there that she had 29 dates with her future husband (and where they celebrated their honeymoon). Leslie went on to spend the next 10 years traveling all over the world with her husband, a military physician, and their three children. When tragedy struck and Leslie found herself a young widow with three young kids, she sought comfort in familiar places –not least of which was Disneyland and Walt Disney World. She credits weekly trip to “The Happiest Place on Earth” as some of the best therapy she and her kids had for the decade since she lost her beloved husband.

In addition to her weekly trips to Disneyland, Leslie has visited Walt Disney World more than 10 times and is always on a countdown to her next trip.

In addition to specializing in Disney trips, Leslie also loves to help people travel to other places she loves including Hawaii, Germany, Boston, and Washington, DC.

​

Leslie’s love of travel, understanding of what it takes to travel as a single parent with young children, as well as her training as a certified Life Coach, makes working with her a unique experience filled with expertise, insight, and plenty of magic and fun.
